Returns Policy

You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit if the products you’ve purchased from are faulty.

Goods must be returned to us unused in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item will only be refunded if the item is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product.

We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until they are safely received, so please pack return items well.

Where a problem with a product is not a major fault, Culinary Republic can choose whether to repair or replace the item or provide a refund. Please email and state the fault, product description, include image and invoice number in the email.

Culinary Republic has an excellent relationship with their suppliers. So major faults are dealt with quickly by the supplier or where we can; we will deal with the issue for you quickly.
